Default Plenum+TB Vacuum Leak? (whistle sound)

I put on an aftermarket plenum and a 75mm throttle body. I carefully connected all hoses and torqued all the bolts. Car drives excellent, no noticeable hesitation. Idle sits at about 700rpm, just a bit higher than stock. At about half throttle i hear a low subtle whistle sound, kinda like a turbo diesel while it's spooling. Is this normal for aftermarket TB and plenum combo or do i definitely have a vacuum leak? The car drives perfect. - Thanks

If your car is idling good I say is because of the bigger tb.

What year is your car?

I put on 75tb and Plen.
and even P&P'd them.. so they flow more/little bit bigger openings...
and NO WHISTLE...

the CAI makes a "sucking" sound at accel.
but there is no WHISTLE...
so if there is... you have a Leak, all tho yes I agree--- most leaks show up at IDLE youd notice it.
I would take it off and re-do the procedure.
then see if you have the same noise.
