Default o/r x pipe installed!!!!!!

just installed my o/r upr x pipe, wow!! now this thing sounds like a muscle car, and not to raspy. smells like i'm running a little rich now, so i;m going to get a tune and dyno to see if i picked up any horses removing the cats. I might as well, my friend only charges me $40 for a tune and 2 dyno pulls.

you def pick up a few ponies with that o/r x. O/R pipes tend to produce black smoke sometimes... since your friend has a shop id just get a tune to be on the safe side. I fail to see how adding an o/r x will make car run richer.

if u got the mils in and stuff then its not running rich...its just how it smells when there are no cats ,,,,however, if u dont have mils in or havent turned off ur o2 sensors with a tuner then its gonna run a little rich.

Yea I've heard that some come on immediately and others have driven for a 1-2 weeks before it came on.

Wait for it, it is coming =)

It will turn on, nobody gets away without MIL's or turning the sensors off.

Your cats help reduce the amount of unburnt fuel that reach the air, you aren't running any richer than you were before the install.
