Default Clutch issues

Got a Spec Stage II clutch, 4000 miles or so on it. first 500 miles it was fine. Then it started to chatter like crazy, very very loud, not the normal clutch chatter. Then it stopped, but the pedal is much harder to push and its releasing late. Any ideas?

With a Spec Stage 2 or Stage 3, you need to have the clutch quadrant with firewall adjuster. A good bud of mine just went through it....exact same symptoms as you are having. His started at just over 400 miles.

Every once in a while I get a little chatter, how do you dial it out with the adjuster??

Usually I have no problems though.

Around $80.00 for everything from UPR and you want the triple hook and NOT the speed release. I The kit from UPR has everything. Also, you HAVE to put the cable on the top hook.

I believe it offers more pedal adjustment.
