nice, yo play it smart because the same thing happened to my dads friend but it was just a little different, the 18 wheeler was backing up down an exit ramp on the expressway and hit him but besides that, make them pay for all your expenses and then get a few million on the side for yourself, therefore you save court time if they're willing to comply that is
