Diablo "Updates"?

I heard somewhere about Diablo offering free "updates" for their tuners. Anybody know what that means and what it does for you?

I just checked the diablo site and the only revision on the site is 7r50d, which is what my tuner came with, so what update is there?

If you have that version, you dont need an update.
