i suppose a bad injector would cause you to run lean.

ok thanks alot 03 red gt my dad was also sayin it might be a plug but i put new plugs in it about 5 months ago(some kinda NGKs) do u think they mighta gone bad?I have those Screamin Demon coil packs and Livewires so that may have had somethin to do with it? They might need a different plug to run properly i really dont know

yeah with my cougar i installed those bosch platinum plus 4's and it ran like hell, theni got some platinum coated ford plugs nad it was like my car got laid. coil packs arent always reat for the engine either. maybe its faulty. id try getting some platinum motorcraft plugs, they are cheap and it might solve your problem. otherwise check into your coil pack, and make sure you dont need to adjust the spacing on your plugs before install, that could be it too, since the coil pack helps produce more spark, your plugs might not be spaced enough you can get a plug spacer at any autopart store, and a car manual will tell you what ot space it at, so should the coil pack company. and then check your 02 sensors.
