Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.....but having a non-pi Mustang, a stock SRT-4 will rape you.

You might be running low 14's if your a really good driver.. your not touching 13's on a NPI motor with out gears/tires or many more bolt on's.. so it MAY be a pretty close race from a dig and the SRT will leave you from a roll.
Same HP stock in a car thats 300lbs lighter...

The only thing wrong with that spec sheet, is the HP. The SRT's are very underrated. I have seen two stock SRT-4's dyno at 232 and 237.

I knew they were underrated.. but I didnt realize they were putting down more HP then they were rated for. lol, I thought they had very little loss.. like 5% lower then rated... Ouch.
Yeah on a NPI GT with just CAI hid pipe and cat back.. you might dyno 205 RWHP.. MIGHT.

I was racing a full decked SRT-4 (exhaust, turbo timer, turbo blow off, intake) and I didnt have to hard of a time to keep up but he had me for sure. that was when my car was 100% with all factory parts @ 115,000 miles on them. if I did my exhaust, tb, plenum, gears, and rims/tires that car would have been mine! I know if I had the PI heads that would have helped allot!
