Honestly, just go to Autozone. They'll help you out.
I'm trying to help him out and I work at autozone... haha... and a boost gauge is not 300 dollars. what more do u need than a boost gauge. nada.
Fuel Pressure? A/F Ratio?

have you ever looked at how much a wide band A/F is ? $500 and Fuel PSI is about 90, boost is $50ish so 300 on gauges is not that hard to spend. gauge pod $40 may be oil PSI, if its auto, trany temp.

What do you think about stage 2 1/2 heads on a daily driver? Would I need a forged bottom end for that also?

I'd go with the bolt ons/minor mods (at least in terms of hp gained) first to verify that modding this car is really what you want to do. There are pretty significant consequences when adding a sc, so it's important to deal with the minor issues that come up during installs and subsequent uses of the car after minor mods. If they don't bother you, you're ready to sc it, but I can assure you that most people are not ready, willing, or capable of dealing with the consequences of a blower. So, minor mods first.

Well I also have my goals in mind.... I want it to be fully daily driveable... I am only shooting for low 12s/high 11a in the end... That could probably accomplished with minor mods and a shot of N20..... Don't ya think?

The problem with all motor power isnt that you're going to make too much for the bottom end to handle....its that the bottom end can't REV high enough.

So aftermarket heads are out of the picture? I'd like to not have to get a new bottom end.... What are my options as far as building N/A power without needing a new block?
