5 grand is a bit high for that mileage, try and get em down to 4, 4.5.

my 02 with 95,000 is only worth $7100 per KBB. If it has mods on it then it is probably an ok deal, if not, talk 'em down. but be ready to put in a new engine.

5 grand is way too much for 140000 miles. If you are patient and look hard you will find one with a lot less miles for that price. My 96 has 29,500 miles on it. You just have to look.

$5,000 grand is twice what I would pay for the car. No NPI Mustang with that many miles is worth that much.

Yeah man these cars are pretty reliable. As long as the car has been mantained, you shouldn't have any problems. Just keep up on the mantainence though. The price is about right for my area. I'm in St. Louis, MO. Maybe just jew em' down a little bit. Overall should be a good buy, but won't be fast. Lol.

I have never seen a 96+ gt go for 2500when some of you seem to imply that you have . 4k would be an average price for that car assuming the body is in good condition and there are no mechanical issues.
