Horsepower ?
Justwanting to getyour guy's opinions. What is the fastest way to mod a GT so it will have around 450 hp, if money is not the concern. And yes I know one answer will be to sell it and buy another car. But I am really wanting to see about doing it. Please let me know of everything you think I will need. Thanks

Oh yeah, I have a 03 Gt with nothing more that a cai, some kind of aftermarket exhaust, and 3.73 gears. Not for sure if I have anything else. That is all I can figure out so far,

I have 452 h.p at the wheels so get a forged stroker .20 over , cams with 264 intake 270 exhaust, a 75 mm t.b. ,plenum , 42 # injectors , a vortech v- 2 aftercooled 14 psi , and 3.73 gears 4.10"s if you prefer will help you put it down . here's a video of it at the track sorry it's not very good quality . http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...oid=2030414795

me, nitrous fan, low cost- plenty of hp... like $600=100+ hp cant beat that.
s/c puts the same stress on engine than nitrous. diff is that s/c is putting all that stress on eng. all the time, nitrous only when you push the pedal. plus nitrous you have all that power all the way trough the rpm band, s/c will get that hp trough the band.
conclusion:
450hp s/c car V.S. 450hp nitrous car......

how does the supercharger put that stress on the car all the time? I'm thinkin you have no idea what in the hell you are talking about lol. especially a centri supercharger, it just drives normal until you floor it and want it too just like nitrous, except it never needs refilled.
