Is +20 offset correct?

Default Is +20 offset correct?

I was about to purchase these rims off of ebay and wanted to make sure that they were correct for my 2002 GT.

They say they are for 5x4.5 bolt pattern mustangs.

Front Size: 18x8.5
Rear Size: 18x9.5
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3
Front Lip Size: 2-3/4"
Rear Lip Size: 3-1/2
Front Offset: +20
Rear Offset: +20
Color: Chrome Wheel

they will fit, but I would think for the rears, since they have a deeper lip the offset would need to be lower...

I mean, the rear wheels will be 1/2" wider on the inside and outside, where I would rather have a lower offset so it's an extra inch towards the inside of the wheel, so they wouldnt stick out, but just have the deep dish....

I could be wrong though, and maybe 1/2" isnt noticeable. I have some cheap eagle wheels lol offset +38 all around, 8 inches all around too....so dont take my word
