3M makes a kit for about 90.00. I saw it demonstrated at a major car show in Cincinnati, Ohio late last summer. It is a three part process that requires a high speed buffer. I am sure you would have to go through a body shop supplier to get it though, I never seen at on the shelf anywhere at a local chain.
I don't think they can be cleaned. I had the same problem with mine being cloudy. Everyone I asked said they can't be taken apart or cleaned. So I just bought 2 new headlight assembly's for I think around 140 Bucks at partstrain.com. Only took 10 minutes to switch them out. I would replace them rather then spend money to clean them.

and E714FEVER, I can't believe you payed that much when you could have just wetsanded them, unless you just completely upgraded.
