Default Interesting exhaust observation...

My MAC catback drones LESS than my Magnaflow Magnapacks did. I have an O/R Prochamber. The MAC is just alot more quiet overall too., but has that nice deep crisp tone to it. I always thought that straight through droned less but this is an exception maybe. Then again these are two very different exhausts. MAC catback is quiet whereas the Magnapacks are ***** out loud.

i have a mac catback w/ stock h/headers and it is loud...so i would disagree with your observation on their volume. and your chambered mufflers to infact drone more, its all in the engineering of it, the vibrations and frequencies bounce around a lot more in a chambered muffler hence the drone.

Not loud at all to me, and I have an O/R midpipe. Then again the Prochamber is very quiet. And it does drone a little bit, but I am comparing it to the Magnapacks.

With a stock H they will drone, but with my Prochamber they are really quiet on the freeway.
