Default Ford Racing Headers

Anyone use them? Anyone know about them? Are they truly better than the stock headers? Any info about them would be greatly appretiated.

Anything is going to be better than the stock manifolds. Unless your making big power or something, keep the stock manifolds. They actually flow sorta well. Not to mention it is a royal PITA to change out headers.

I used them and I liked them. I got them new for $200 from some guy who didn't know they were so hard to put on. I ran them for 3 years. I'm back to stock for now because I damaged one of them while pulling my engine to do my PI swap. The gains weren't much, I could feel a little difference, but the sound is pretty good.

+1 on the Long tubes..... I had Ford Motor Sport racing headers and the improvement on the dyno was around 8-10 rwhp. And I say about because the temperture difference between the before and after pulls were about 20 degrees different. It was colder the day I dynoed with them on. The sound difference is pretty much unnoticeable.
