Oh Boy. Whats wrong
Well my car seems to be miss fireing at low rpms. If i have it at high rpms its runs fine except for a little power lose.
I have ngk plugs with about 30,000 miles on them. I also have 110,000 on the coil overs. Can anybody help.
Thanks.

unplug it, take out the coil bolt and remove. look inside the coil and check for rust or corrosion, maybe schmutz a little dielectric grease in there while your at it as a quick test.
did you wash your engine recently?
to test then you'll need a multimeter so you can check the primary and secondary resistance.......... but i don't think it's the coils just yet, i would first change the fuel filter and plugs since it's probably about that time anyway

open your hood and check the connections to your throttle body and see if anything is loose
NGK makes a wide variety of plugs so saying "I have ngk plugs" doesn't tell us much--however if what you have are plain 'ol copper core conventional electrode plugs then you can bet they are shot at 30k miles...
