Default NEED A QUICK ANSWER ON GEAR SELECTION!!!

I finally found someone to install some gears for me and i need to make a quick decision on what ratio. I have a 2002 gt 5 speed and i plan on going F/I in a couple years or earlier. I hardly ever go to the track. I might have to get on a stretch of highway for 10miles at most during weekends if i go somewhere. The farthest i might take it on the interstate would be 2 hours. What gear do you guys think would be best for me? I have nitto 555r tires if that makes a difference on anything. thanks alot

With city driving, I would go with 3.73. The 4.10s or 4.30s are a lot of gear if you aren't on the highway much.

3.73's Are probaly the best all around gear, it's not to much but it will still put you back in your seat. Plus you won't have to change them when you decide to go F/I

3.73's FTW it's a good street gear, or if you ever do want to go on the Highway, 3.55's are awesome too.

This is a bit back asswords isn't it?

I'd say 4.10's, but that will be a lot of gear if you do go f/i. So if you REALLY are going to get f/i, get 3.73's, unless you are willing to change them out.
