my car shakes every so often, it doesnt always do it but if i shift around 1900 it does it a lot, or if im playing around and i run first and second gears to like 5grand then shift into third it will shake real bad the rest of the drive home until it runs at about 2300 rpms on the freeway... and some days i drive it real easy and shift where i should and everything and it still shakes real bad.... ive been reading on here and ive come to the conclusion its mabe a coil or an engine mount ? i really have no idea....its only been really bad one day, i punched it and had no power, the car almost stalled out all the way through 4th... it could be a fuel problem i guess too...i dont know...any suggestions?

 

Check your harmonic balancer.

 

sounds like you may have a miss. do you have an engine light on yet? have you washed the engine bay lately? there may be water in a sparkplug whole causing your concern. have your car checked for codes
there may be a pending code that has not triped the engine light yet.

 

no check engline light yet... and i havent washed the engine bay recently either....and thanks ill check the balancer, any other suggestions?
