Default SLP Linelock

Can anyone explain to me the benefits of it and how it is used. I was just reading about it on stangmods.com but not too sure of it. Is it a benefit to have for an auto mustang? That is such as launchesand stuff like that.

A linelock is used so you can apply the front brakes without using the rear ones. its mainly used so you can do a burnout in the burnout box at the strip (or street) and not burn the crap out of the rear brakes.

Its not really going to help you all that much with launch on a nearly stock car.

even whith out it your rear breaks are barely aplied. it will make them wear out faster but nothing over night. (well i guess that depends on how many burnouts you do)

basically what he said +1

it jsut locks up your front brakes only with a touch of a switch and you dont have to use the brakes - then do your burnouts [8D]
doesnt do much if your car is automatic, but for manual it dose if you have problems doing a burnout and staying there
