So, I have been looking at different things that I can do to my car. Currently, I have an '02 GT that I have done a few things here and there with. These past few weeks I just had the hoodscoop painted black, the trunk lid panel, and the small portion on the bottom of back bumper painted black. Right now, I am still waiting on the arrival of my SS black bumper inserts.

Sorry, I have been unable to take pics due to lack of a camera at this time.

But I am looking at doing one of two things:

A. Order a set of black DD bullet rims for the rear and have two of my current stock rims painted black to match. One question this method though, If I went with 18's in the rear with the DD, will it be ok with the stockers in the front? Or would I just need to go with 17's (I believe that are the stock size)? Or would I be digging a hole doing this method?

B. Or I have been looking at the quarter panel louvers and rear window louver and having them all painted to match.

Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

Well first off the ideas you have arent bad....but if i were you i would leave it how it is. It looks sick dude and if keepneeding change you will end up over doing it. The only thing i would do it lower it. You def need to drop it a bit then after that it will look perfect dude......

oh, hahaha. How's it going brian? Thanks for the comment. I am almost complete for exterior aside from a cowl hood in a year or so probably. I am just wanting to get some nice black rims on here possibly. What's your input for my thoughts?

 

Its going good bro....Yea me too man im working on getting a cobra r cowlhood....but honestly black rims would look sickkkk man. I mean the rims you have on now arent bad at all but if your thinking about gettin black rims then yea they would fit niceee.

And also the rear window louver idea is not bad either....ive seen them on alot of stangs and they look good....but what do you mean paint to match. What color?

Black hood scoop isn't too bad. Get one of those vinyls like on the Mach1 to finish it out on the hood.
