Those things are pretty quick. First gear is awesome and then it starts to fall flat on it's face. All in all, pretty impressive.

 

my co-worker has a dodge with the r/t swap with exhaust, headers, intake, chip, pulleys, throttlebody etc...I spanked him by 6 car lengths from a dig and when we did a roll I was pumpin gas at the station by the time I saw him pass by...They all talk **** he did at first but now he admits it all the time that a lil GT beat his ***

Back when I was dead stock I raced a Charger R/T out of a light. At first I was skeptical about racing this dude on the street for various reasons and I even wondered if he was going to jump on it at all since he was "older" (no offense).Light tunrs green and he mashes on the slushbox and the thing jets. I come off the line at like 900 RPM and lay into it. I pulled right up to him within moments and eventually took the race by about 1-1.5 cars.

Add this story to me recently destorying a green Daytona R/T at the track and I am convinced that if it doesnt say "SRT-8" on in, then it aint shiat
