Default where is a good shop to install gears in the tampa bay area?

where is a good shop to install gears in the tampa bay area? i havent started calling around yet, but im looking for a good place to start. i am auto and i think i am going to be going with 4.30's.

Dennis Ramsey ( Ramsey's Automotive - I think) over by the airport just North of Hillsborough by the Veterens.

not sure about Tampa, but i know of Modular Madness in Sarasota, HP Performance in Jacksonville, and Lamotta Performance outside of Orlando.

i got all my work done at HP Performance.

Stay away from Modular Madness... the guy is a dumasz... I had my car tuned by him ran like crap both my Cobra and my GT - had someone else tune them both and they ran much better.. he's good with a 3v but that's about it... and he's just an overall prik...

Ramseys does good work, but they're very expensive.

I would recommend one of two places... either Hermann at Horsepower by Hermann (thats who i bring my car to), or James @ Race Related - he did gears on my 2v, very solid work... and a nice guy. Those are the 2 guys that i'd bring my car.. and lastly Sam @ Coastal Dyno - has a great rep himself... never dealt with him. But one of those 3 guys is who I would recommend.

thanks for the list, i will definitely check them all out. if you dont mind me asking, what did you pay for your gear install at race realated?

It was around 200 at Race Related, and around 400-450 i was quoted at Ramseys... hard to remember, it's been a while.
