I am trying to find a 2004 edition of Kelly Blue Book, NADA or Edmunds to tell me the value of a 1999 Mustang GT Convertable with Leather seats, Power seats, Spoiler, etc. I need the value of the vehicle as it was in October 2004. Does anyone have this information?

 

I don't think anyone documents this type of stuff? Your best bet would be to call around to some dealers to see if any of them had their books from winter '04.
