hi all, just bought a 98 gt vert, had a stereo put in and lost the 2nd gear chirp. Think it was because they disconnected the batt. so what a good tuner?Thanks in advance,

Wait, so you had a stereo put in and now you can't chirp second gear? I doubt it has anything to do with them disconnecting your battery but correct me if I'm wrong. SCT is the best tuner IMO, I've had both diablo and SCT. Diablo is more user friendl but SCT will give you the better tune for the money.

 

you proble lost 2nd gear chirp because your car is heavy and slow, when i installed my system i lost a little but not enough to lose 2n gear
