I am looking for the best system, One that sounds like straight pipes but quieter, I drove around with flow 40's for a while and I am sick of them because I replaced all of my bushing with stiffer race ready ones and my car's interior is like a giant resonator, I want it to be just barley louder than stock but still have a sharp crisp sound.

BTW : I cant do straight pipes or go catless due to emmisions.

yea you are right you can not really ask people what the best is because everyone has there own taste like i really like SLP but flows sound nice but i wouldnt get them because alot of people have them so your best bet would to listen to each exhaust alot of people have sound clips of there exhaust so just ask people if they would send you a link

 

Thanks, I have one more thing I'd like to ask do the 4v motors sound like the 2v or is it a completely different sound.(I am preatty sure they sound different but I havent heard too many) Anyways the reason I ask is the other day I saw a Mach1 and it was the most amazing sounding car i have ever heard in my life, and i was wondering if i found whatever he had on his car and put it on mine would I get that same note

 

probly not i had the same experience the other day but i think they have a diff note

 

You are correct...one of my brothers has a 2V and one has a 4V...definitely a different note. My older brothers 4V is def better sounding, he has a cobra with Borlas...

 

the 4v's have what i like to call a more "pingy" sound

 

To me it sounded more like a choppy sound like you can almost hear each cylinder fire one at a time unlike the 2v which sounds softer and almost washed out .
