Default Bent Rod

Well I bent a rod on the mach in piston #4. I am ordering Diamond 11.5 dish pistons and a forged rod. I am also installing a custom intercooler on my vortech setup. I have the stock 3.6 pulley but will probably be ordering the 3.33 or 3.25 pulley so go with my beefed up internals!

A forged rod? You mean a whole set of forged rods right? What will those pistons put your compression ratio at?

dont forget you rod bearings. and check your cyclinder walls for damage as well as your crank. I just went through the same thing. While the motor was out I changed the water and oil pump as well as the front and rear seals.
