Your Vortech should already come with one, and performance wise, it doesn't make any difference..... In my opinion it makes it sound more ricey if its too much..... Eventually something like that would just annoy me..... vvveeeeeRRRRRRRRRRRRR *PSHTING*!!!!!........ VVVVVEEEEERRRRRRRRR *PSHTING*!!!!!!. in city traffic.... oh gawd..... lol

you won't be able to use a BOV with the vortech anyway unless you get a blow-thru MAF. your bypass valve will make the same sound though, just not nearly as loud.

Ummmm, IMO you can compare a mustang with a BOV to a Subaru. If you like the sound then go for it. You will need a blow-through MAF setup.
Here's a vid of what mine sounded like @ 5 psi with the stock Bypass venting into the atmosphere. Again, sounds nothing like an import.

I can't stand the sound of a BOV. That sounded like a little bird was sitting near the camera. A roots/twin screw whine is 10000x better than the Pssshhhhttt! of a BOV.
