Heres a video of my car when i had my procharger setup. You could hear the bypass valve all the time once i put the mac catback on.

I can't stand the sound of a BOV. That sounded like a little bird was sitting near the camera. A roots/twin screw whine is 10000x better than the Pssshhhhttt! of a BOV.
o, well i guess your the minority here. Sounds sweet, especially between shifts.

a couple weekends ago i saw a ls1 camaro that had a procharger on it. imagine the loudest most anoying squeeky bov youve ever heard and thats what he had on this thing. it also had ugly 20in wheels and more tv's than my house.

there is this kid in my town with like a 91 talon turbo, with basicaly no exhaust and the loudest bov ever. i want to shoot a rpg at it every time i hear this kid shift the damn thing. my town is infested with turbo 4cyl cars, all i hear is bov's all day long. its sad when you know which car it is by the sound there bov makes.

Yeah, and it's REALLY bad when you start to hear them everywhere you go...

Like recently, I'd be driving, and I'd hear the BOV somewhere, but I look all around me and nobody is there...SOME SCARY **** MAN...

I hear them under my bed sometimes before I fall asleep...[]

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA thats some funny stuff....well i was just wondering b/c i seen them on the vortech site and i remember reading in a mustang magazine somewhere about the benifits of having a BOV on your supercharger set up i just dont remember where its at...i know its not a sound thats supposed to be coming from a mustang but yeah i think im just going to stay with the basic kit im getting and not add any fancy stuff to it just yet.....see how i like it first

with the stock vortech kit the regular old bosch one they supply you with will work just fine. now when you upgrade to an i/c is when you should add an upgraded bpv, such as the mini race. I some times like the sound of bov's, but can never see spending money on changing my whole MAF setup, buying the BOV, getting a retune...just for a sound?? common

yeah this is true after you have everything done i dont see spending more money and time retuning and what not for a sound but before any of it is installed and doing it all at once but since i did go with the vortech kit and not the procharger kit then yeah but like i said i think im just going to get it in and installed before i go and try to change to much up b/c i wont be able to support to much more power with out doing the internals ya know....
