Default Coilovers?

So I was browsing on Coolblueperformance.com earlier today and noticed a couple diff. sets of coilovers that were tather inexpensive. The question at hand is: Can I run coilovers i nthe front with my Eibach Pro Kitsprings still in the rear? Or would it be wise to just get the from and rear kit? Does anyone know anything about the D &D Motorsport kit or the Grantelli kit? Please give me some feedbacck guys! Also, what exactly will I notice if i get a bump steer kir? Will it improve my car torquing when I role over bumps and such? Thanks guys!

I run a coil-overs up front and use my C springs in the rear. I think that a lot of people do this. Some people do run full coil overs though. There aren't many companies that make coil overs for Mustangs and out of the ones that do, only about 1/2 of them make rear sets.

Oh really? So tell me, I have Tokico gas shocks, would I have to change out my shocks to fit the coil overs? How low can you go without rubbing and stuff? Did you put them on your self?

If you buy a universal coil over such as UPR or Granatelli, you can use just about any strut. There are three types of shocks that use a dust cover support that you must remove. I am not sure whether Tokico was one of them. I know that the stock and lakewoods were though.

You can go pretty low depending on your tire size and width. I have mine as low as it can go right now, but I also have bigger tires. So it has very minimal wheel gap, but it is probably higher than someones with smaller tires. I put them on myself. The hardest part is getting the stock stuff off, but since you have already replaced the shocks/struts that shouldn't be too hard.

You do have to get 4 Bolt CC plates in order to use them though. The stock plate doesn't allow for the adjustment needed, and it isn't strong enough to support the coil over. All of the suspension load is now on the strut tower rather than seperated like before. I recommend the Maximum Motorsports CC plates. I got those and they are made very well and they gaurentee their products for life.

Any other questions feel free to ask.
