You could pick up a decent low mileage 99-04 for that. I found mine with 10,500 miles on it and paid $10,900. You just have to shop around. I haven't found another deal that cheap yet, but you can definitely get one with about 50k or so on it.
yah but thats a v6. he wants a v8.
No... That is a V8. It is a GT. I don't know where you get the V6 from.
I understand that for your year it came like it is..... But im sure the V6 wheels /headlights/ no hoodscoop could give the illusion of a 6er

True. Forgot about my avatar with those gay wheels. Either way though, it is a GT.

Pi heads are gts only. 96-98 cobras are 4v not 2v. Good cars with live axles. 99 and up came with irs, with sucks off the line. Good luck finding a cheap unabused one. That was what i was originally looking for but i couldnt find one that wasnt beat all to hell. Generally easy to mod. Except for a cam swap, that can get pricey.

corral has a good classified section if your talking about used parts. If you're talking about new, there are a ton of places that sell bolt-on's for cobras...

as for the Vin, carfax should tell you whether it is a Cobra or not. Or you could always call SVT.
