A LX is signifcantly lighter than a coupe, and alot lighter than a vert, but its not THAT big of a difference. I can see a LX with the free mods, one hell of a driver, and sticky tires going 14.0s with nothing done but the tires and the "free" mods.

In any case, 99.99 percent chance the OP is going to come out on top, the fox has almost no mods, its older (more chance of not running perfect) and he says he is the better driver. With his midpipe/catback/CAI I say this is his race all the way.

I never ran into a fox that was anywhere near stock, with my car stock, that had anything at all for me. I would simply walk away.

seems as if the 5.0s lose some power up top because thats when I run from them....not the police lol

 

I would love to see that race. If you are able to, get someone to record it so we can see you smoke him.

 

Update.

So me and my buddy showed up at this place, ****in 80 people there, 40 somethin cars, this kid was real confident. We went to the spot. Light went green, and he ****in sat there as i was in 3rd gear all i see is smoke. So, dumbass. Again, we go to a industrial park, have a sexy girl wave it off. She waves down, i hit it, spin a little but i cought it. Flew bye him, top of 3rd i had 6 cars on him, got to the stop sign, he drove away. Then they had a "better" driver race me. Smoked him from a dig also. That car was ugly and slow.
