well his car can only handle 400rwhp
so to be safe could only run 380rwhp at the most. they s/c might be able to put out those numbers but his car will blow up

regardless, 400-420 will be hard to hit without a midpipe and maybe LTs. I would guess a catback only car would make something around 360-370 WHP with a i/c 10 PSI vortech setup.
Your 1/4 mile time will depend on your traction. If you can hita 1.8 or 1.9 your looking at a mid 12, if not high 12s until you get some suspension work/tires.
