How much would it be to drop a Crate Stroker Engine into my 96 GT or what would be the best engine to buy that would start me off around 300 some Hp?

well you already have a 4.6 in there... stroke it. guess you could do a 5.0 also

We put a 351w Stroker to 392 cid in our FFR Cobra.
