my 96 gt made 170rwhp 250tq with a few bolt ons and the power curves @ 4800rpm come 2 find out the previous owner did an engine swap and put in a lincoln 4.6 instead of mustang 4.6. Hopefully after the pi swap i can hold my head up high. I been tryin 2 put up pics in my sig but it says that my pics r not supported if some1 could give me a hand id appreciate it thanx.

i think both of those motors are NPI.. but yeah the PI swap will put your power over that of a PI stang but youll have a higher CR.

yea? do u think it would hold 8 psi or would that b pushing it if i got a s/c

Yeah, you would be fine. You could run up to a 10lb pulley on that car without worry as long as your A/F is good and your tune is good.

if worse comes to worse.. there are ways to lower compression.. such as piston design.. but at 8 psi youre fine. Just make sure you get a good tune.

about what hp range r we takin here? 350s?

you should be around 350-375 whp with a pi swap and supercharger.

Get a Meth kit just to be safe if you go s/c on a pi swapped car. . . . Its really good insurance and an a/f gauge

+1 definetly get an A/F gauge.. if it does run lean or rich youre going to want to know immeadietly having F/I
