They suck... When I was thinking about my PI intake swap. They told me there was no way it would fit without their adaptor. I waited 6 weeks for them to get it back in stock. Then I called and they said they had a new shipment in and I could come down and pick one up. After driving 80 miles. I walked in and the kid at counter was picking his nose. I asked for the intake and he said they would have them in for a few weeks. The kid at the counter was the kid on the phone. And, that little ***** said he doesn't know who told me that. They also said they had a huge showroom, Not! Their warehouse was big but not the showroom. Autozone was more impressive...

LOL at the part about picking his nose. That's professionalism at its best.

I've heard some bad stuff about their customer service. My friend was trying to get his car tuned there... he had an appointment, and he'd call the day before to confirm, and they'd keep postponing it... happened like 3 times. Finally he just had to tell them to forget about it[&:]

Livernois is good at building modular shortblocks even if their customer service might be lacking...i prefer VTEngines myself as they will answer all your questions and keep in touch with you.

I had a set of their ported heads that I bought used, the guy befor me loved them but for some reason 1 head had bronze valve guides and the other didn't, one had port work that looked nice and the other head the port work stopped before the valve guides. This was also a custom set.
