I am running their stroker kit in my car. No problems here. Never had to deal with any customer service.

Livernois is good at building modular shortblocks even if their customer service might be lacking...i prefer VTEngines myself as they will answer all your questions and keep in touch with you.
True. I always get a response back from Scott at VT with any questions asked.
