Default what do you think? (grill)

when I bought my black 96 mustang gt it didnt have the emblem on the front, so i just went ahead and bought this grill http://customerpics.americanmuscle.c...02&id=1979. but i kinda wish i would have just bought another emblem because i wish i had the mustang pony on the front. but then i saw this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/94-04...spagenameZWDVW. so do you think it would look good? i was thinking about putting that on my grill and getting smoke headlight covers. but im not sure if it might look tacky.

I have a bud in a '97 GT in red with the same billet grill. It looks alright, but doesn't look all that great to me IMO. Since you have a black 'stang, maybe if you painted it a black or a darker color, I donno.

I have a Grillcraft grill on my GT and have the same pony. Just have to glue the back of the pony to the grill, try and make it as clean as possible though (don't let the glue run).

To clarify you just want to glue the chrome horse to your billet grill or you just want to return the grill to normal with the chrome horse?

I'm kinda thinking that the mix in finishes will kinda look weird. Who knows though.

I would at least try to paint the billet grill black, flat black?, and attach the pony before getting rid of it completely if that is the way you were leaning.

how is the lower grill attached? when i bought mine it came with a thin gage metal wire to secure it, and the wire broke when i was tightening it.
either way i like the grille look
