Default Fluid Help

Well, it became apparent today as I was driving that the auto shop that repaired my car didn't put enough of the fluids in at all. So I've going to have to top off/change the fluids. Just wondering what do you guys recommend to use/ do in my predicament. I already bought Royal Purple Oil, and a K&N oil filter, but for the power steering and tranny fluid, what do you recommend me to use? I have an 03 GT, manual trans. Any input is appreciated.

How do you know the trans is low??? power steering is any kind of trans fluid or universal power steering fluid. If you pull the fill plug out of the trans and some starts dribbling off, then its overfull. It only holds 3 litres/quarts and should be below the fill plug. You can use Mercon V or RP ATF or Mobil 1 or something similar

Well, I'm assuming the trans fluid is low becuase of how the shifting feels, and you can hear grinding. There is def something up with it.
