Default why ford why

i bought the car a week ago. i having problems with the headlights being aimed too low. so i took the headlight out yesterday and there is no way to ajust them. i live in on back country roads and i have to see because there are alot of deer that hang around and in the roads. Is there a company who makes a ajustable headlight or should i buyaHID kit and see if that works.
