hoss, are you 12?

if not, then drop it.

back to my OP though, has anyone who took their spoiler off looked at how bad the paint was? like i said, it was chipped in a few spots, cracking a bit around the holes, and there is no way w/o a full trunk painting that I could have run spoilerless as is

When I took mine off the trunk looked way bad, but kept it off and it has cleaned up with all the washes. just looks a lil bad now.But I agree you need a full repaint. My hopes are to find a V-6 and trade him for a spoilerless trunk. He can have my wing to I'll tell him it gives him like 10hp extra.

Mine isnt chipped, but there is some scuffing there. Clay bar helped a little, but it does need repainted.[:@]

the spoiler isn't high enough into the windstream to give any signifigant downforce, so why keep it there? After all, im sure it is worth a couple pounds.
However when i did remove the spoiler, it was scuffed around where the previous owner had moved the spoiler back and it rattled around on the paint surface, but it was wet-sanded down. I did decide to keep adjustability and plug the holes with removable tabs...so i can put the spoiler back anytime i want!I must admitthe spoiler does add some style to the car...even if its useless

Spoiilerless looks like a bald head IMO. Not saying it's bad, just a lil odd.

I think Britney Spears when I see spoilerless cars. Though, sometimes it does work out.
And if you own a Mach... you MUST and I mean you M-U-S-T keep the spoiler.

What the heck? It cencered out the word "MUST" spelled out with dashes seperating the letters lol.... uh

I LOVE tht lack of a spoiler on a bullitt, I am eventually going to carry it over to my GT
X2. I think eventually i am going top go for the bullitt look. Might look pretty cool on a true blue car
