Default Headers and exhaust size?

Well, the build on my car is finally going to start making headway as I a) decided I'm not buying a vette and b) I finally made up my mind as to the setup. I will be running a paxton novi 2000RR @ 18-20psi and a 100 shot of nitrous for any wicked encounters, this will be with the addition of a mmr 950 stroker shortblock, comp stage 2 cams, and port and polished heads. Anyways I decided the best time to do the exhaust was when the old block comes out. I am hoping for 650+rwhp with just the boost and about 750+ on the juice. So I was wondering if this made a 3" exhaust a best choice or if a 2.5" would suffice. Obviously a 2.5 would be cheaper to do, but if its going to limit my power output I'll spare the extra $$$.
