me vs HEMI
Be careful...my truck (QC 1500) was running 8.8s in the 1/8th and 13.8s in the 1/4. All N/A. 5100 lbs race weight
Those rams can run with the 6.1 cam, LT headers, 4.56 gears.....you never know. Stock they are DOGS. With superchips tuner to get rid of the torque management, those trucks can run. My friend consistently runs (in his regular cab) 8.6s and 13.3-4s in his truck. There are a few 12 sec N/A regualr cab rams out there.....

i wouldnt be to intimidated.. takes a lot of money to run those... none the less its still a truck, in my opinion trucks are made to haul things, not race! anyone see the new tundra tho? its sweett its so beefy
Only a ***** would buy a Japanese truck. Sorry, just had to add that. [

Why would anyone say their truck was fast. I mean, unless it was purpose built of course. It's a pickup. nothing about a pickup's design is for speed or acceleration competition, unless of course you happen to be racing another pickup.

I have personally seen the hemi's outrun srt-10s (stock).....the srt-10 is overrated if you ask me
I hope you werent meaning a stock hemi truck.....
If so, you witnessed a retard trying to drive, and doing poorly.
well like i said he has headers and a full tune with a little more but for those saying its just a truck: yea, but hes got around 400 hp to my 260 but 5100 to 3100 so i wasnt really sure b/c i coilnt find quarter mile times for ram hemi's. but now im pretty confident- as long as i launch it good
stock hemi trucks :
Regular cab: high 14's to low 15's
Quad cab: mid 15s
If he has a 4.56 rear gear, LT headers, and a superchips tune.....he should be around low 14s in a quad cab....high high 13's in a regualr cab. If he has not swapped out cams yet, then well you shouldn't have to worry.
Speaking from experience, my truck would eat up my mustang with my current mods up until 70 mph (end of 2nd gear in the truck with 32" tires and a 4.56 rear gear). When my truck got to 3rd...it lost some steam.

and what does this joker mean by full tune? you cant tune those hemis due to the **** computers unless you run a stanalone or psc-1 or 3. i am sure at most he has a superchips tuner like all the ram guys. there is no such thing as a dyno tune for those trucks, dam ncomputer....unless you start cutting and splicing into the MAP sensor wiring
