Default Re Ceramic Coating LT headers?

I have a chance at buying Mac LT headers /w a catted H pipe REALLY cheap- like 1/4 what they would be worth new. Obviously since they are used there is some surface rust (Atleast it looks surface, if it is rusted through when I go to pick them up I will just walk).

How expensive is it to get headers recoated with ceramic coating? Obviously I will sand all of the surface rust off before bringing them to the shop to be done. Where can this even be done? If it can be done for like 100-150 bucks, this would be a killer deal for me.

Can a catted H-Pipe be ceramic coated as well?

There's no real reason to do the X-pipe (unless it's mild steel and you live in ice/snow/salt land)--getting the headers coated with Jet-Hot or similar will cost $250 to $300 AFAIK, you may find someplace on the web that will do it for less...If the headers are stainless then it will/should be surface rust, getting them coated would be great but not essential as the thermal conductivity of stainless is pretty low...
