the 410 for auto 373 for manula is a bunch of bull****. one person says something n like cows everybody else just follow. 410s are PERFECT for manuals. ford c springs will give you about 1.25 drop for around 100 bucks. i would get the gears before anything else tho.
when can i get spring for 100?

You won't, unless you get a set of used springs. The C springs can be found for around $150 shipped, give or take.

Look man 4.10s are badass for a drag race. But in the long run it sucks unless you up the cams and heads on the car and get a higher red line. The other thing is the more poweryou put on your car the harder it is to make the car stick to the street unless you get drag radials and if you race alot or drive the car alot the tires are only going to last a short time.I would get 3.73 or you could get 3.90s which is in between both for a manual and 410s for a auto.

ok i see, ill just check out the 3.73's or the 3.90's. 3.90's seem to be a good bet. The are in between. I will probably just end up with 3.73's for now tho. Seems like a safe bet. From there ill go up if i need to
