Default Idle issues

Ok, i read through 40 pages of posts and couldnt find a solution for my problem. I have a 2000 mustang gt and lately its been idleing around 1000rpm at rest, and once in start moving or im slowing down the idle is 1500+ when i put the clutch in. I have cleaned the maf the throttle body, gaped all my plugs to spec, relpaced the idle air control vavle and the throttle possition sensor. Im running out of ideas. All of these things altered the way my car runs but did not solve the problem. I could definitely use some help.

You should check the voltage at your TPS rather than just replacing it.

Also, do you have an O/R Mid-pipe with MIL Eliminators?

On my 02 GT my MIL eliminators did whacky things to my car, it would hunt for the right RPM's to idle at. Once they failed, all my idle issues went away.
