He is not the only one, they still own me money after 1 year of ordering my procharger from them. They took 3 months to deliver the blower with many missing parts and did not help me at all get what I was missing, I ended up dealing with procharger directly in order for me to get the right parts. Right now I'm just waiting to finish med-school and as soon as I'm done and start earning the big paychecks I will sue the crap out of them. Hey Mitch if you're reading this tell Bob I will make him pay ten times what I payed no matter what it takes.
He just doesn't know what someone with determination can do....

I understand he's not the only one. Everybody and their mom knows THR has the worst customer service (dead even with rpmoutlet) but what is the point in bringing up a **** load of old threads. Start one say what you go to say and move on. Don't be a 5 year old and say it over and over.
