Just blacked out the tails... How to remove orange peel?

Default Just blacked out the tails... How to remove orange peel?

Did it myself... took maybe 1.5 hrs. 25-30 mins of actual work. It still has an orange peel in the clear though. I'm thinking just use a buffing compound and a real soft pad like I would use on paint?

Orange peal is from poor prep work/ not wetsanding between coats.. Youll need to re sand it down to get it out of there. Then after you repaint, paint a few light coats and in between coats wet sand it. Keep it smooth through all the coats.

painting anything should take longer than an hr if done right..
