Default Need suggestions/help!

Alright, I want to run a nitrous wet kit with all of the supporting parts (purge/bottlewarmer/WOT switch/etc) along with a tune. I don't have the SCT XCal yet so I need that included. Anyway, point I'm getting to is that I need a reliable shop in the northeast. I live in northern NJ so preferably closer. I won't name the shop, but I got a RIDICULOUS quote of $3,500 for the kit, xcal, install, and tune. So let me know if you know anywhere and also about how much everything should cost.

for that price, you're better off going with a s/c.

Here's what you should expect to pay for that kinda stuff.

NX plate kit + EVERYTHING N20 oriented$1000 max
SCT tuner. $400 new 250-350 used
Tune $400 or less.
Install $200-400?

Im damn sure I'm at least in the ball park onn everything except maybe the Labor.

I would DEFINATELY reccomend at least trying to install the spray. It's easy man, and you could have the dyno shop innspect everything before you sprayed it.

If you don't do anything yourself, $2200 at the most. If you buy a used tuner, and have a buddy help throw on the kit and accessories $1800.

Yeah they were charging like $1,000 just for install which is ridiculous. I may see if I can get a few of the friends together to install it with me then do as you say, have them check it over before getting tuned.

Anyway, any good shops in the northeast?
