Default headlight hazing

I got a quote from a guy - he said he could restore my headlights to factory shape for $50. Is that a good deal or should I get the stuff and try myself? I have tried the wet sanding process on my other set and it didnt turn out to well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.....

I'd probably do it for $50 for the pair. Sounds good to me!

Yeah, I'd pay it. It beats the hell out of paying $120+ (From Ebay) for new lights.

pay it after he is done to make sure he can get em looking new. There are alot of people that try and fail miserably making your lights look worse. EXAMPLE the detailers at my carwash [:@]

I'd do it. There's a place here that does it and I've seen the difference on someone else's car and it's like night and day. They charge 100 to do it here so it sounds like a good deal. [/align]

sounds good if it workes, ask if it doesn't work if you have to pay still first though. I just went to ebay and got some smoked xenon ones though.
