4.6 performance
If its a daily driver and your wanting it on the street, and you don't have alot of experence, stick with the 4.6.
If its going to be a track only car and you have lots and lots of money to spend, the 351 might not be a bad idea, but its going to take alot of work and fabbing.

Eh it wont be too too hard if you know how to do fab work. If its a carb motor then you wont need to worry about computers and sensors and things. Pushrod motors are taller than mod motors but they're not nearly as wide so im sure it would fit no problems. You'd just have to do some custom mid pipe to fit between a mustang exhaust and 351 headers. Id be really cool though if you ended up going that route. Even as a daily driver. Something different.
how bad could it be? get a k member for a 5.0 for one and find a way to hook up the trans, then you just have to get it to mate up with headers and controls etc. I think that would be a very cool swap to see.

Probably for similar funds (much easier too)you could supercharge the 4.6 and get better bang for your buck
