how can i fix this?

i have nice 3 inch pipes but there a lil dented around and have paint on them from the previous owner...

how would i fix this i mean paint i can use paint remover but to straighten them out....

any ideas i dont feel like buying new exhaust for this reason..

you should be able to i know my buddy took a dented pipe to a machine shop in vegas and they used a pipe expander to straighten it out

if there is a dent on the tip... advance auto parts has an exhaust "spreader outer" .. it will take most dents out of tips..
